Web Design Philosophy
Our mission for the design of
this site is simple: to provide you with fast and simple access to
information. Therefore we've built the pages to download in less
than five to ten seconds over a dial-up connection. There are no
large graphics, no javascript, no Flash, and we've built it to be
compatible with all browsers. We've also strived to make the site
accessible and easy to navigate with links to most of the interior pages
from the home page.
And it should be easy to print individual pages.
It may not be fun, but it will
be useful.
